Cancellation and Modification
1.1 After placing an order on our website, you may cancel or modify it by emailing us at (info@jewelrosegift.com).
1.2 Once an order has been packaged, it can no longer be canceled or changed; in this case, it must be returned according to Article 10 below.
Our trial products are shipped from China, which may result in a slightly longer delivery time than you are used to. However, we strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible. For most of our bestsellers, we offer a much faster delivery time of 5 to 8 days, as they are shipped directly from our own warehouse in the country. This means that you can expect faster service and shorter wait times for our most popular products.
If the products are already on their way to you, the order cannot be canceled. Wait until you receive the products, then return them. Of course, you can inform us in advance if you wish to cancel the order. To ensure a quick return process, please include a shipping confirmation. Prepayment is only possible 16 weeks after receiving the order if the products have not yet arrived.
1.3 Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After this time, the order cannot be stopped, as the product is already en route. Once the package is delivered, you may return it according to our return policy.
Returns and Refunds
2.1 Our return policy is part of these Terms and Conditions, which you can view on our website.
2.2 If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can send us an email specifying the product you wish to return and send it back. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, receives the last product.
2.3 The customer is responsible for the costs associated with returns.
2.4 The customer is only entitled to a refund once the product has been returned to and received by us. We will inspect the returned product upon receipt.
2.5 You must ensure that the product is returned to us in the condition in which you received it and well-packaged. The product must not be used, product tags must not be altered, and it must be in its original packaging. If a product is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return. If a product is returned in a damaged condition, we reserve the right to decline the return.
2.6 Our processing time for returns depends on your order. You will receive your refund within 7 days of receipt and approval of the return.
2.7 If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned product, we will send you an email to authorize your refund. After we notify you that your return has been approved, the amount will be promptly refunded via the payment method you used when ordering. No storage fees apply.
2.8 Cancellation is complete when we have physically received the products.
